Delivery times vary from product to product as each is made to order and different products are made by different companies. For more information about deliver times go here.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty in anyway, please contact me immediately and I will get it sorted out as soon as possible. You will need to photograph the damage so I can show the manufacturer and get a replacement sent to you.
I cannot replace items that you purchase mistakenly. You must make sure that you have chosen the correct size and desired colour as these products are made to order.

All these items are made by Stanley/Stella. They are all organic and ethically produced. This is their path to sustainability page.
My printers also have a sustainability policy that focuses on Earth-friendly production.
100% spun polyester fabric.
Acid-free, PH-neutral, poly-cotton base, canvas fabric weight: 13.9 oz/yd² (470 g/m²).
100% pre-shrunk polyester case, fabric weight: 8.1 oz/yd² (275 g/m²), shape-retaining 100% polyester insert included (hand-wash only)
If you need to return a painting for any reason, please contact me for how to do this. For all printed products there is no reason to return anything to me. If your item is faulty in anyway, you will need to photograph it and send me the photograph. I will then instruct the manufacturer to send you a replacement.
If they are still on the website and say 'Out of Stock' then they are more than likely to be restocked in the near future. If you particularly want that item you can always drop me a line.
Orders can be shipped to any address in the world that usually accepts orders.
